- 50ml Amarula Gin
- 20ml Lime
- 15ml Ancho Reyes Chilli Liqueur
- Muddled watermelon
- In a shaker, muddle watermelon
- Pour rest of ingredients with a pinch of salt into shaker
- Shake and double strain into a coupe
- Garnish glass rim with pepper flakes
