A simple yet delicious Vanilla Spice cocktail.

- Ingredients
- Method
- 50ml Amarula Vanilla Spice
- 25ml Whisky
- 10ml Amaro Montenegro
- 5ml Gomme
- Egg White
- Dark chocolate shard to garnish
- Combine all ingredients in shaker.
- Shake without ice.
- Add ice to shaker and “wet shake”.
- Strain to glass.
- Garnish with chocolate shard.
